Missions

Our 'Friday Night Firefight' almost always features a mission made by one of our members. Usually these are built during the week by either Wrath or Khaos and are put to the test on the night. While this type of bespoke game planning occasionally leads to glitch fests and operational catastrophes, it means our members can guarantee a new challenge and a fresh experience every Friday. Listed here are our repayable missions that we've run at least one Friday session.

Outcome key:
  • Success - The mission was completed and the majority of the team survived.
  • Majority Losses - The mission was completed, however the majority of us died.
  • Failed - Everyone died.



Wrath's Missions 

One of our main mission builders, Wrath's missions are balanced and thoughtfully constructed to enhance realism. They usually involve: Clearing compounds, driving to the AO and a well laid out firebase.

THE BONE ROAD

Our most faithful and frequently played mission. A simple assault and clear operation in the Takistan green zone. 


Outcome: Success



Khaos's Missions 

Our most active mission builder, Khaos' missions are usually dynamic and veritably challenging. His original ideas and knowledge of ArmA's systems have helped him design some seriously exciting sessions. His missions usually involve: Blowing something up, falling out of a helicopter and an enemy QRF.

PILOT RESCUE

Helo is down and luck is out, make your way down the valley and get yourself and that pilot home. You are in bad guy country now.


Outcome: Majority Losses
CONVOY ELIMINATION

An enemy convoy is headed for a US Army Firebase, get out there and stop it in its tracks!



Outcome: Failed
TRENCH ASSAULT

As British Forces, head into the Russian Woods and assault a Rebel BM-21 Grad Gun Battery.



Outcome: Success
NIGHTFIRE

After being shot down on a cold Russian night, regroup and attack the AA Gun battery that was the cause.


Outcome: Failure
AERIAL ASSAULT

With transportative help of a UH-60M Blackhawk, head to Khusab, Chak Chak and Ravanay and destroy all Taliban threats.


Outcome: Success
PHANTOM ASSAULT

With the support of an AH-64D Apache Callsign Phantom, clear out the Taliban from Gospandi and Mulladost.


Outcome: Success
RED DAWN

Taliban groups have taken over Kakaru, push down through the graveyard of an old battle and clear the town.


Outcome: Failure





Sunburn's Missions

The oddball mission maker. Sunburn's missions generally focus on action oriented gunfights and often employ unusual themes and objectives to create an obtusely dynamic and immersive frenzy. They usually involve: Run and gun firefights, crashing vehicles and time limits.

THE FURNACE

A CPU melting slog against a vast, disorganized hostile force. Deemed an unplayable clusterfuck, it has only been attempted once.


Outcome: Failure
STONE THE CROW

An uphill assault on a town full of hostile forces. The objective is to destroy a helicopter being used by the enemy to transport weapons and supplies. It has never been completed without majority losses.

Outcome: Majority Losses
OWLBREAKER

Parachute drop from a C-130 onto an enemy airbase. Simple enough? You have 45 minutes to clear the area before the plane returns to pick you up. If you miss the flight, you're not coming home.

Outcome: Success
PAVEWAY BAYOU

A soggy search and destroy operation in North Chernarus. Fog, thunderstorms and relentless rain in the darkness of night make for miserable fighting conditions.

Outcome: Majority Losses
